Although citric acid is found in most fruits, is mostly concentrated in citrus fruits, such as lime, lemon and tangerine, used in this photography to represent the elements of this molecule. In addition to the fruit, can be found in foods as additive or preservative (especially in soft drinks), but industrially, citric acid is taken mostly from sugars.
